It is a butcher restaurant, with meat of their own property, and everything on the menu is homemade. They have a separate kettle and a grill for gluten-free food. "There is no gluten in here anymore," they told me, and I must say, it's true. Maximum attention, very serious, and for being in the historic center of a small town in Maremma Tuscany, I give it a solid 10! Kind, professional, even faster than normal in serving the dishes. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!
