I must preface that unfortunately the review cannot focus on the food because we were unable to taste their menu, but surely, from the looks of it, it must be delicious. Taking advantage of the umbrellas in front of the restaurant, this afternoon I asked if the gluten-free pizza oven had been repaired and the start time of operations; the staff kindly provided me with the information. This evening, at 9 PM, we went (my wife, who is celiac, and I) to request a gluten-free pizza to take away. The waiters' response was that the takeout service was suspended to give priority to tables. Despite my pleading, trying to make them understand that they were the only AIC certified pizzeria, they refused to accommodate even for one pizza. We then moved outside Alba Adriatica, finding a similar pizzeria that fulfilled our request. In 2026, taking care to cook gluten-free as well, it would have been nice and inclusive to meet the request, considering that Celiac disease is not a privilege and one cannot just go to any pizzeria. I would have been a customer too... A happy customer... instead, I found myself being a second-class non-customer. What a shame, I am very sorry, but it also makes me angry.

The gluten-free pizza in this place is unfortunately not good at all. A piece of hard and tasteless wood. It couldn’t even be cut with a knife. The toppings made it 'edible', but here it really seems that gluten-free is just an excuse to please everyone and also attract customers with celiac disease. I advise the restaurant to abandon the gluten-free dough and focus on their strengths. I will not return.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, attentive to detail and quick in service. Gluten-free pizza is very good while for fried items, unfortunately, they only offer French fries. Ice cream, free of some gluten-containing items, is fresh and delicious.
