🏔️Osteria Tipica Trentina🏔️ at the Alpino hotel in Vermiglio (TN). Good hospitality and authentic Trentino cuisine run at a family level. It is not AIC certified, but they assured me attention to non-contamination, and I confirm: no unpleasant surprises! Excellent raw materials, slightly under-seasoned dishes but still tasty: I enjoyed the tortei de patate and properly prepared carne salada. The place is not very big, better to reserve during the season, friendly staff, and outside there is a postcard-worthy landscape. I recommend it for those seeking tradition, quality, and tranquility!
