Raffaele Bonetta is a "name" in the industry. His new venue in Vomero, right in front of the Floridiana, is very elegant (and very crowded). The gluten-free pizza (in a dedicated oven) scores a full 9 on a scale from 0 (pharmacy frozen) to 10 (Guardascione). Light, soft, airy, and crispy. For me, it's the second best in the city (and therefore in the world, in my opinion).

The place is very nice and modern. We went at opening time, at 7:30 PM, and we didn't have to wait to sit down, also because they don’t accept reservations on weekends. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, including some unique and refined pairings. The pizzas we chose were good, and even the gluten-free one turned out to be very tasty. The wait was a bit long and the prices slightly higher than the average in Naples, but overall it was a positive experience.

I had dinner with some friends during my visit to Naples. A new place in Vomero that is really welcoming. What can I say about the pizza? It's truly special, with different whole grain and gluten-free doughs. The special pala pizza, with a long fermentation, is really a crunchy cloud. The sweet pizza with cream and sour cherries is truly special. Excellent and fast service. Fair prices. Definitely a place to remember.
