I stumbled upon this place and discovered they only make galettes without gluten, as they use buckwheat dough (unlike crêpes which contain gluten), and additionally, the chef is celiac and very knowledgeable about everything. The staff is very kind, and the prices are moderate. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try the true Parisian galette.
