I often go with my parents. Discovered and recommended by a family friend. The service is excellent, the waiters are always kind and available for any request. Really a good place to eat gluten-free.

The best restaurant in Udine does everything gluten-free and all is delicious!! I have been living in Milan for a couple of years, and every time I go back to Udine, I want to go to the Cardinale because they are the best. The gluten-free pizza, the spaghetti, and the other dishes I've ever eaten are so good compared to those in Milan!! I recommend it!!
