Stopped by for a quick pizza but unfortunately had a poor experience. I waited around 4–5 minutes at the counter with no staff present until I had to call out for someone. When a staff member eventually came out, he was quite abrupt in asking what I wanted. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese due to lactose intolerance. Despite vegan cheese being listed as an option on the menu, I was told I couldn’t have either vegan cheese unless on a vegan pizza. When I mentioned I’d ordered this substitution at many other Domino’s locations without issue, I was simply told “this Domino’s is different.” When I asked to check with a manager, he said he was the manager. Overall the interaction felt rude and unhelpful. A bit more customer service and willingness to help would go a long way.

DO NOT EAT if you have an allergy, I had a severe allergic reaction as the 'gluten free' pizza they gave me contained gluten.

Loved their pizza. Thumbs up for the glutenfree pizza aswell.
