Stopped by for a quick pizza but unfortunately had a poor experience. I waited around 4–5 minutes at the counter with no staff present until I had to call out for someone. When a staff member eventually came out, he was quite abrupt in asking what I wanted. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese due to lactose intolerance. Despite vegan cheese being listed as an option on the menu, I was told I couldn’t have either vegan cheese unless on a vegan pizza. When I mentioned I’d ordered this substitution at many other Domino’s locations without issue, I was simply told “this Domino’s is different.” When I asked to check with a manager, he said he was the manager. Overall the interaction felt rude and unhelpful. A bit more customer service and willingness to help would go a long way.

NON MANGIARE se hai un'allergia, ho avuto una grave reazione allergica poiché la pizza 'senza glutine' che mi hanno dato conteneva glutine.

Ho amato la loro pizza. Pollice in su anche per la pizza senza glutine.
