I order a gluten free pizza but it arrived a normal pizza (after 1 hour and more). I was very sick and I called to restaurant to ask refund but they refused. It’s not serious

Complete rip off. Do NOT order from here if you have to buy gluten free pizzas there are much better options locally. Paid 18 quid each for two pizzas, expecting normal size. Have bought normal size gf pizzas from dominos before but ages ago. Now, you pay 18 quid and get a tiny pizza worth 6 or 7 quid at most. Don't know about the non gf options but what a rip off, that takes the mickey. They purposely didn't specify the size of the pizza as they know you wouldn't bother if you can only get such a tiny pizza for 18 quid.

Starving and dairy intolerant I ordered pizza I was craving. I choose “make your own” and obviously don’t put cheese.Almost £40 for one big and one tiny pizza. I tip driver £10 because it’s 30’C outside and my pizza arrives with dairy cheese. I ring the restaurant to tell them that I ordered pizza without cheese and lady says I didn’t say I don’t want cheese! Note that you don’t have option “no cheese” you just don’t chose cheese if you dont want it. If I wanted cheese it would be on the list. Instead of fixing the issue she blames it on me. Also the only instructions you can write is instructions for the driver that specifically says you shouldn’t write food instructions. So, if you want to create your own pizza it will probably have something else on it that you didn’t want, but it’s your fault because you said what you want and not what you don’t want. Will never order from Domino’s again.

The incorrect food has been made multiples times, including cheese on a no cheese pizza for my dairy intolerant girlfriend. Poor customer service inside the shop too.
