Me and my wife. Waited over two hours for vegan pizzas. Then to be served with dairy cheese. Only noticed after a quarter was eaten. Both lactose intolerant so were quite ill. Manager was rude and unhelpful, tried to scape goat her trainee. Ruined the 50th Birthday party we were attending. With multitude of errors. No more pizzas for us for a while. Certainly not from this company.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Minisa — she is, without a doubt, the best waiter I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have coeliac disease and a dairy intolerance, which can make eating out a stressful experience. But from the moment I sat down, Minisa put me completely at ease. She is an absolute expert when it comes to allergies and intolerances — knowledgeable, reassuring, and totally meticulous. She didn’t just understand my dietary needs; she went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, delicious, and tailored perfectly for me. Her attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism turned what’s usually a complicated dining experience into one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had. She checked in thoughtfully, liaised with the kitchen flawlessly, and made me feel genuinely looked after — not as an inconvenience, but as a valued guest. Minisa is a credit to the restaurant and a shining example of what true hospitality looks like. If you have dietary requirements — or even if you don’t — do yourself a favour and ask for her. You’ll walk away not just full and happy, but completely blown away by the experience.

What a warm and welcoming place! Pizza's were lovely and served super quick. My friend was able to order gluten free. We weren't rushed out, and had a good leisurely chat. What a find!

Was nice ,cosy & clean! Food was delicious & also catered for me gluten & dairy free pizza and pasta! The thing that ruined our experience was we ordered a starter each & main meal each & they brung it all out together! So we had to rush our food do it didn't go cold! They wasn't busy either so should of sent it back really but we not that kind of people!!.

Quite busy during lunch hour on weekday, though they still had a table available. They have gluten free options as well as vegan. I have ordered "pollo forza " gluten free, waitress has also asked if I have any allergies, which was really nice that they check. Waitress was really friendly and service wise, quick for a full busy floor. Pizza was really spicy, for a spicy lover it was hot enough but not too much. Price wise , pizzas cost from £10 to £16.00. though only one which I couldn't find , was Hawaiian pizza. Overall very happy with food and service .
