Super nice, my friend has a gluten allergy and they were super knowledgeable about allergens. Great spot and our waitress Ruta was so sweet!

Pizza express near the British museum is in a beautiful historical building, which used to be a milk distribution centre in London. My Gluten free pizza wasn't very nice! Other restaurants like Zizzis and Franco Manca do them better.

We went at midday yesterday and were served by a blonde waitress, whom I asked about allergens. I ordered my gluten-free pizza and also asked whether the dough contained nuts. She replied, “How would I know?” I suggested that she check, as it’s a serious allergy issue. Her response was, “Ask who?” … speechless. I managed to find out that it doesn’t contain nuts, and the pizza was good.

Dough balls came with delicious butter. The gluten free pizza was sweet and there wasn't salt available on any of the tables.

The pizza's are quite good and they taste really really good. But the gluten free ones, offered on the menu, are cooked in the same oven of the regular ones. So, there's contamination. And also they are manipulated with the same tool. So there's gluten contamination. A celiac person (allergic 100% and diagnosed with as celiac) should eat in one of these places.

The service is great. The friendly staff took time to explain their food allergy policy, shared their very detailed allergen guide and put us at ease. Great selection of desserts and pizzas for people with all kinds of allergies and intolerances. Definitely recommended!
