Really good pizza, very kind staff. Maybe just a little expensive.

We are welcomed by very kind staff upon arrival for a family evening. After mentioning that there is one celiac, we discover that the entire menu is available gluten-free. We order a house appetizer of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by gluten-free gnocco fritto. We try the pizzas and are really satisfied; the prices are somewhat higher than average for regular pizzas but roughly in line with the gluten-free options. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Perfect Evening! Beautiful Discovery! Finally, for the first time in this place, you have the opportunity to order various gluten-free dishes from appetizers to desserts, with dough made in-house. The hamburger bun and the shell of the Sicilian cannoli are so good that you would never say they are gluten-free. I highly recommend it!

I am a local customer, actually a former customer. I used to go eat there once a week for months, not because it is a special place (on the contrary, it seems to have stopped in time and not in a positive sense, and the only nice and kind person is the waitress who sometimes does deliveries) but because it is the only one in the area that offers gluten-free pizza. Last night, the 2 gluten-free pizzas we ordered were partially raw. When we pointed it out politely, nobody apologized, nor was a small discount offered, nor a coffee... nothing. Not even at the time of payment was there a “sorry”, just “that will be 39 euros for 2 gluten-free pizzas, 2 drinks, 1 water, and 1 coffee. Needless to say, I would rather drive 30 minutes to get a pizza in Milan than give money to those who do everything to lose the few customers they have. Never again!

We made a reservation for Sunday at 1:00 PM. We were served by a very nice waiter, and the lunch was truly enjoyable. The food was all exquisite. I immensely appreciated the gluten-free options. My little boy is celiac, and we now choose places based on whether they offer dishes for him. We spent about 200 euros for 7 people. The owner's performance was also very appreciated. We will definitely return, even though it's not close to our home. Places that deserve it truly deserve customers. The proposal for New Year's Eve is also worth considering as it is really interesting!

I usually eat a good gluten-free pizza... but tonight they outdid themselves, delicious Tomahawk accompanied by some green broccoli and gluten-free fried dumplings. I recommend this dish to everyone, of course at least for two people.....

The pizza was good too, but we waited 55 minutes for it to arrive at the table. It's great to be able to choose gluten-free pizzas.

We had a traditional crust pizza and a gluten-free one. Both were good. If the place is full, the service is not quick. It's better to book on Saturdays. Reasonable prices.

The place is very nice, spacious dining room and pleasant decor. The staff is friendly and often stops to chat with customers. The themed nights are very special. Important note: a lot of choices for people with celiac disease, the restaurant menu has several options among starters, main courses, and desserts, not to mention the possibility of choosing gluten-free dough for all pizzas! One downside: a bit of a long wait even with a reservation. Aside from this, highly recommended place for dinners with friends or family!

Great place for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Excellent quality-to-price ratio. I recommend it for spending an evening with friends, especially if there are celiacs. Light and tasty dough. Excellent place, 100 out of 100.

Great gluten-free place, the pizza is superb, and the hamburgers are excellent too—so good you wouldn't even think it’s gluten-free! To top it off, a slice of custard tart to die for!!! I highly recommend it. One of the few restaurants so well-equipped and informed on the topic. The owner came to tell us how everything is made; he was very accommodating. They also make sweet focaccia pizzas for parties on request. Truly a 100 out of 100, don’t miss it. They also have gluten-free mixed fried food.

Paolino is non-debatable, gluten-free products are a true blessing. The medium-high prices and not always impeccable service are compensated by a genuine and quality product, highly recommended.

The gluten-free pizza was super good... having celebrated my birthday, they also made me a cake... what can I say, wonderful 🥰. A pity about the heat being indoors.. friendly and nice staff.

Discrete pizza, informal setting, and the possibility of dining in a covered gallery during this Covid period, where restaurants are prohibited from serving indoors. Great option to order gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas. Waiting times are a bit long, prices are average.
