I have to limit my sugar intake, but after hearing Mignon’s story and buying her book, I had to try The Cupcake Collection's cake. On National Cupcake Day I grabbed the $10 deal for the pre-made mix and icing and I loved that it wasn’t a box cake, just pour and bake. It left little room for error, which meant I could got the authentic taste. Living in Alaska, shipping is usually outrageous, but this was reasonable and for gourmet cupcakes, the price was already good. I used an 8-inch pan (smallest I had), and it baked up perfectly: moist, not too fluffy, not too dense, just right. My family loved it. I bake really good cakes but this was better, and it had its own original flavor, and we loved being able to control our icing. We’ll definitely be buying more and I’m hoping for more flavors (Carrot Cake - Gluten Free) to be available soon for baking at home! Thank you for following your faith and sharing nation wide!
