Very good pizza, kind and helpful staff. For gluten-free, there is a separate menu with appetizers, first and second courses as well. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait a bit. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza. They were very attentive to my celiac condition and to the other intolerances by asking for details along with me.

We were 17, we arrived at 8:30 PM... we ordered at 8:45 PM and the pizzas arrived at 10:02 PM. A friend of mine found a 🕷️ in her 🍕... the bathroom was in a pathetic state. The price, however, was fair and there are enough choices for celiacs.

Nice environment....pizza not bad where you can choose different types of base (hemp, gluten-free, 7 grains, charcoal, turmeric) Just a bit of a long wait time.

To define it as a ristopub is reductive both for the quality of the pizzas and the different types of dough (11 based on sourdough) available and for the excellent meat cooked superbly. Absolutely recommended even for those with gluten and/or lactose intolerance with dedicated ingredients for them. Well done!

Location situated in Fossano. Restaurant primarily dedicated to gluten-free pizzas. Varied menu also includes other types of pizzas, desserts, beers, first courses, and second courses. Usually quiet, not chaotic. Friendly owner with whom you can chat a bit.

The place has a strategic location but its flaw is the lack of a dedicated parking for customers. The welcome inside is good (smiles and greetings) and the venue is clean. The menu is quite complete. The gluten-free section satisfies various tastes, and the separation between the ovens and the pizza makers (normal and gluten-free) is not bad. The pizza is decent, and the speed of service is good. Recommended for nights out with friends.

Nice and clean place. Friendly, polite staff who are attentive to customer needs. Menu available for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free diets. You must try their hamburgers and homemade desserts.

Great variety of pizzas, different types of dough (sourdough, whole wheat, multigrain, yeast-free, gluten-free, ...), various types of meat for different burgers (Chianina, Angus, sheep, ...) and a good selection of beers. A must-try and also a place to revisit.

Clean place, but very basic. Friendly staff. Good pizza. Even the gluten-free one. Waiting time for 3 pizzas in a practically empty restaurant: 40 minutes. Dogs are welcomed with a bowl of water available, which is a plus for them.
