Very good gelato. Many gluten-free flavors. Pay attention to intolerances like lactose as well. Maximum care in serving. I was moved just watching the shop assistant wash her hands before serving me. It should be standard practice, but not everyone does it.

Great artisanal gelato, with a wide variety of options for gluten-free ice creams: from pistachio (a must-try) to Nutella tart flavor, cheesecake, and others. Maximum safety regarding contamination. The staff is very attentive and kind.

Unfortunately, I will never become a food blogger since I can't resist... Even before taking out my phone to take a picture, I've already taken a bite! But if you pass by the area, this "weakness" of mine is perfectly justified: I discovered the gelateria "Ai 3 Scalini" and since then it's a must-stop on every visit to San Salvo. One of the best things about finding love in this city is the fact that there's such a good gelateria! They are very attentive to gluten-free options, but also to other dietary needs: vegetarians, lactose intolerant, etc. The good news for my celiac friends is that there is no difference between the ice cream with gluten and the one without: same deliciousness, same size (and what a size!), same happiness in eating it. The flavors are countless, all incredibly good. The only real problem will be choosing. And trust me, when you see them right in front of you, one more tempting than the other, you'll understand what I mean. Moreover, the staff is very kind, smiling, and always ready to help you! Highly recommended ❤️🍦

You must try at least once in your life the best artisanal ice cream in central Italy. Gluten-free, preservative-free, made from fresh, locally sourced milk, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Beautiful to look at, delicious to eat. It's worth the long line to get in. Try it, you won't regret it.

Excellent creamy gelato. Almost all flavors are gluten-free, and they also have gluten-free wafers and cones. The staff pays particular attention to those with intolerances and/or allergies. The place is clean and the service is fortunately fast, considering the line that is always there. There are no tables outside, but they are well organized with cushions and supports where you can lean if you want to enjoy your gelato outside. Recommended.

Really very good gelato with many flavors to choose from; cones and cups available in different sizes and, very importantly, they have cones for gluten intolerant people. Most of the gelato is gluten-free. I highly recommend the Nutella tart! In my opinion, it's really one of their flagship items!

A must-stop when going to the beach in San Salvo. Just a few steps from the promenade, there is this corner of taste with excellent, artisanal ice cream, with both gluten-free and lactose-free flavors (scooped with clean spatulas if requested). Different sizes of cones and cups are available, and the special feature is their spiral ice cream presentation. If desired, there’s also yogurt with various toppings. The only drawback that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of space to consume on-site, as it is very small and thus you have to do it elsewhere. Another downside is that social distancing is not enforced well, allowing too many people into a very tight space. However, in terms of quality, it is the best ice cream in the area.
