Local with excellent knowledge of gluten-free and celiac disease. Both kitchen dishes and pizzas are available. I tried the pizza, which is really good, rich, and very large, with a thin crust. Unfortunately, as always, there's a 3€ supplement for the gluten-free option.

The gluten-free pizzas are excellent, but they are not the only dishes offered. In fact, you can also order the gluten-free mixed fry and gluten-free beer. The service is friendly and knowledgeable.

Booked in the search for a place that pays attention to intolerances, we immediately discover with pleased surprise that the menu offered is the same for everyone, leaving the only task of signaling personal needs. This provides diners with a conviviality and relaxation that would otherwise be inevitably compromised. The study and care in the preparation of the dishes confirm the immediate impression of a passionate owner, who accompanies us with measured friendliness during our stay, even with some welcome initiative. Remarkable and refined is the draft beer. The bill is honest too.

You can range from the simple goodness of a pizza, with a long-leavened dough that is easily digestible and made with top-quality ingredients, to the tasting of sophisticated dishes, well-presented and even better cooked. Last but not least, the Gluten-Free menu guarantees the same dishes as the traditional menu. Very satisfied also with the service and the value for money.

Gluten-free pizza is truly superb and very good. This place is recognized as one of the best pizzerias in Italy. Making a really good pizza with gluten-free dough is not at all taken for granted. For me, it's even tastier than the one with traditional dough.
