Very bad, I ordered a pizza without corn and onion due to intolerance and they put those ingredients on it. When I tried to complain, they told me they were sorry but couldn't do anything. The pizzas are generally good, but the service is not adequate.

As a customer of Domino's Pizza, it is the worst place.... on Saturday we ordered a starter and a pizza for dinner, besides not meeting the preparation time, the pizza had remnants of other ingredients that we DID NOT order. We ordered a vegan chicken pizza and found pieces of mushrooms and, worst of all, a piece of bacon, so we immediately threw it away. They should be careful because if someone is intolerant to any food, and falls into our situation, they could die. Obviously NOT RECOMMENDED.

A shame. The manager, a shame; the workers, a shame; the pizzas, a shame. You spend the day working, trying not to lose a customer, for this. Truly incomprehensible, incredible incompetence. You order two pizzas weekly and what is their customer service? Terrible. I ordered two pizzas a couple of weeks ago. Cheesix finizzima and Texas BBQ normal. What arrived at my house: a round thing of thin dough with 5 pieces of goat cheese floating in a pool of cream (and where are the other 5 cheeses?) and a cheese pizza with bacon that was undercooked. Which, obviously, and to maintain my intestinal health, I didn't eat. The next day I called to complain and the manager offered me the same order again. I accepted, understanding that anyone can make a mistake. And honestly, the pizzas that arrived were made properly. That day I could eat. Today I ordered again, hoping it would be like the one that was gifted to me. I repeated exactly the same order, changing the dough of the Texas BBQ pizza. When it arrived, I opened the boxes and, to my surprise, I had again a round thing of thin dough with 5 pieces of goat cheese floating in cream and no more cheeses (and this time nearly undercooked). The other pizza was made. Without waiting until tomorrow and angry for receiving the same result again, I called this Domino's store that served me this "wonder" of a pizza. Let's start from the beginning: a girl attended me, who as soon as I explained my problem, put me on hold. I imagine to explain it to the manager. After half a minute she returned, and couldn't think of anything else to tell me than that the cheesix pizza is like that, that it is cream-based. In front of such absurdity, I mentioned that the cheesix pizza, as its name suggests, is a 6 cheese pizza. Of which it had 1 and crumbs of some other (as seen in the image). Also it was half-cooked. After this, she put me on hold again and talked back to the other person involved. THE MANAGER. God, if that’s a manager, we're in trouble. When the girl returned, she told me that the manager indicated to her that the cheesix pizza was like that and that she couldn't do anything else. And I, trying to suppress the urge to ask for a complaint form and report them for serving that garbage, told her that’s fine, thank you very much and that I would not order from that "pizzeria" again. To which the girl replied: okay, I'm sorry, I can't do more for you. I can't imagine what would happen if a client told me that the work I did so poorly couldn't be improved because that work is like that. Certainly, and with all the reason in the world, my boss would kick me out. It's a shame. As I mentioned at the beginning, this is intolerable, one works longer hours than a clock and when they get home they only expect decent treatment. But it turns out that in this country, it can’t be done. Good luck to the guys working in that Domino's and also to those who will work there in the future. You have an incompetent boss waiting for you and customers walking out.
