They took a long time to serve both the pizza and the dessert, about an hour for each dish. We asked to cook the pizza (gluten-free) a bit more and they burned it. We didn't like it at all.

I ordered 3 plates to be delivered to my house. I received a completely different order that I can't eat because it's gluten and I'm celiac; they don't pick up the phone when I call to ask what to do with the wrong order. I reordered after half an hour of waiting for my money to be refunded, and in this second order, it took more than an hour and a half to be delivered. In fact, I am still waiting. I know it's because of the restaurant, as the delivery person told me they haven't given him my order at the location. I give one star to the food because I haven't even tried it after more than 3 hours trying to eat something. I give another star to the service because they haven't even bothered to respond via phone to ask what the mistake was. I don't know what the place is like in person, but it's definitely chaos when ordering for delivery.

The food is served incorrectly with things you didn't order, and then they tell you they're missing items once it’s served! Instead of notifying you first! Then you almost have to serve yourself because they pass the dishes when there's enough space to distribute the service. The sink was flooded, and they can't even put up a 'out of service' sign! The gluten-free pizza was noticeably undercooked, inedible dough... in short, overall very bad service! They bring the drinks, and you have to hold the bottle for the waiter to open it! No comments... You ask for oil, and you end up getting tired and get up to look for it yourself... and the same goes for some small beers... Not recommended at all.

First of all, gluten-free food leaves much to be desired. We were told that it was pre-prepared and simply reheated in the microwave, something confirmed by a waitress. When it arrived at the table, the pasta was dry, and to top it off, we found a long black hair on the plate. In my case, I ordered a carbonara pasta that didn’t even resemble a carbonara: it was full of liquid, tasteless, and very poorly presented. The pasta was undercooked and, in addition, cold. In fact, all the food arrived cold at the table, which is unacceptable. When we complained to the waitress, the service was not pleasant at all, showing little professionalism. Later, the manager came, who had a more correct attitude, but the bad experience had already taken place. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not repeat.

I found this restaurant through a quick search while looking for gluten-free restaurants. Oscar, an excellent worker, served us and guided us through the process. The attention to detail for someone who cannot eat gluten is incredible. Although they didn't have some gluten-free items, what we ordered was delicious. We will have to return to try the rest of the gluten-free dishes.

A bit disappointing. When we ordered, it took an hour and a half to bring three plates even after repeating that we were missing food several times. The food was good but it's really unfortunate to wait so long. The worst part was that for dessert, the same thing happened, waiting half an hour for just one scoop of pistachio. And when they brought it, instead of a small spoon, they gave me a large spoon. My cousin ordered a coulant (gluten-free chocolate volcano) and found a piece of hard plastic inside, enough to cut her tongue (photo attached). And they have no excuse for taking so long because we entered around 1:30 and left around 5 and there weren't that many people. It was my first time eating in this place and honestly, I don't plan to return.

As soon as we arrive, we realize that there is no one to greet people and seat them. I had to go inside to complain if there was anyone attending after waiting 10 minutes outside with the entire restaurant empty. The food is very mediocre; the only good thing is that they have the gluten-free options well separated, but it’s not of great quality either. The service is terrible; there is one waitress in particular who is extremely rude. I won’t give her name out of respect, but I think it’s very wrong for people like that to be in front of the public. I won’t return.

This is the second time I've come, and I liked it, not excessively, but I left the restaurant satisfied. My partner ordered spaghetti similar to carbonara with cream and sweet ham, since the variety of gluten-free dishes is somewhat limited. I ordered the menu for €15.95 available from Monday to Friday at noon, where you can choose a starter from several options, in my case, gratin vegetables, and for the main a pepperoni pizza with Neapolitan-style dough. For dessert, a somewhat unusual chocolate cup with ice cream and chopped nuts. My partner ordered a gluten-free coulant.
