The waitress Yesika (I think I remember) was very pleasant. The food was very good and also healthy! It's appreciated to eat differently, healthily, and everything gluten-free. I didn't find it expensive for the quality and quantity. Approximately 70€ for 3 people, 3 dishes, 3 drinks, two desserts, and two coffees.

NAKED & SATED (PLAZA CASTILLA) 📍 WHERE: Estébanez Calderón, 3 🍽 REVIEW: Lately we have been going quite often to this restaurant, as we have a friend with serious intolerances and this is one of the few places in Madrid where she can eat. Just for that, being a good alternative for these types of customers, I think it is already worthy of praise. The venue is quite spacious, and although the service was a bit slow, they were very friendly. On this visit we tried: -Sweet Potato Cheese Fries (€13.70): Baked sweet potato sticks, with hollandaise sauce, melted mozzarella, and crispy Iberian ham. We always order this, we love it (📸2) -Beef Skirt Steak (€17.90): Beef skirt steak, sweet potato, avocado, and three eggs. A quite rich dish, very filling and ideal especially if you go during the lunch shift. The only downside I found is that the avocado really had no taste. ⚠️ HIGHLIGHT: They have more locations in Madrid and other cities. 💳 AVERAGE PRICE: 💵💵 🏆 RATING: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

I was at this restaurant yesterday after having been to this one and others from the same franchise several times, and unfortunately for the first time the experience was not positive. From the moment we arrived, the waitress hurried us to order, not giving us enough time to look at the menu. My companion was served a sandwich with regular fries instead of sweet potato, as it was stated on the menu. I ordered a shrimp poke bowl without strawberries and without spicy sauce, which I had ordered before. What I received was a mini dish (half of what I had eaten previously) with quinoa, shrimp, mango, and avocado. It did not include tomato, as mentioned in the menu and as I had eaten before. I asked for something to give it flavor because it was simply boiled and tasted like nothing. The only thing they could provide me was oil and salt. I wasn't expecting a more elaborate sauce, but it’s absurd that they didn’t even have vinegar, lemon, or another alternative. More than 17 euros for a dish that I can easily make at home by boiling and cutting the ingredients, and then leaving me hungry seems exaggerated. We finished our meal elsewhere and it’s hard to imagine returning to that restaurant from the Naked and Sated chain, even though I love the concept of healthy and gluten-free food.

I stopped by here for an early lunch and ordered pancakes with smoked salmon and an egg. I was a bit surprised when I realised pancakes were sweet, but it was a nice meal overall. They had a menu in English and the waitress serving me spoke English, which was helpful. It was a delight to eat in a place where everything was gluten free. The interior design is stylish and tasteful, I really enjoyed the ambiance.

A total win-win, whether you're going with a partner, friends, or solo. Safe food for celiacs, lactose intolerant people, and even with SIBO (they have suitable dishes with no or very little variation). Real, healthy, natural food... no nonsense. A 10 out of 10!! I went with my partner to celebrate their birthday and could eat knowing I would be satisfied and not bloated. The dish I chose, "100 years of beef skirt steak," originally includes avocado, but I changed it for gluten-free bread because I cannot consume avocado. Zero inconveniences, everything was easy. Friendly staff, quick service, pleasant atmosphere.

We had dinner. All the food was pretty bland. We went with a pregnant woman, and they told her they couldn’t put mayonnaise on her burger because it contained egg (I don’t understand how they can use raw egg mayonnaise in a chain like this which isn’t safe for pregnant women). Regardless of the mayonnaise, the lettuce seemed to have been cut days ago and gave a very bad impression, especially when fresh fruits and vegetables are some of the most dangerous things during pregnancy, providing no safety in what you're eating. The burger was supposed to have aged cheese, but had three shavings on it, and the same for the pickles, just four pieces counted. A tasteless burger, with a rather poor appearance and zero confidence in what you're eating, it’s a place that considers dietary restrictions but doesn’t seem to be very up-to-date on them. The rest of the food was pretty poor too, a hard sandwich that was overdone and the other burgers were in similar condition to the previous one. It's a shame; we've been several times and have never experienced this decline in product quality, I don’t think we’ll return, as it used to be one of our trusted gluten-free spots.

Very good natural food, super allergen friendly. Sixto server was wonderful very friendly. Feels healthy like eating at home, real ingredients and flavors. Not too oily or sweet that gives you that out-to-eat junk food feeling. All gluten free, no sugar, no refined stuff. New favorite in Madrid. Unique restaurant, beautifully decorated too. ~$20/person

Went for dinner and was really pleased with the menu and choices available. Being gluten intolerant I was so happy to have the whole menu to choose from and be able to order a plate of pasta! The food was delicious! (just sorry I didn't take any photos) The restaurant atmosphere was good, the place was clean and well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit, even if you're not gluten intolerant / allergic, and and hope to return before the week's holiday is finished.

AMAZING! Have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile and am glad we finally did. The wait staff were very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere very comfortable and the food wonderful! So great to find a restaurant close by that is so healthy and safe for those with a gluten intolerance. We will definitely be back.

I have a gluten-free diet and the fact that the restaurant “only” offers gluten-free food is great. you don't have to solve anything, just order what you like from a lot of great food. I definitely recommend! Martin
