Good Italian in Valdebebas, all the dishes are very homemade, very tasty, and with generous portions. It also has a large selection of gluten-free dishes. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant.

The food is phenomenal and the service is very good. The drawback is that a third of the restaurant is next to the street door, and every time someone enters or exits, you freeze. Highly recommend the Cobra King and pistachio tiramisu. It has quite a few gluten-free options.

The food is very good and, despite being Italian, it is innovative. Not a word against it. They also have gluten-free and vegan options. Excellent quality/price ratio. A 10. The service is very attentive. They recommend, they care that you are satisfied with your choices, and they regularly check at the table to ensure you have everything you need. I would love to give 5 stars but I don't because in winter they have a serious problem with the door. It is a sliding glass door, very sensitive and it doesn't isolate the temperature of the restaurant. If people pass by on the street, it opens, and if someone comes in and waits to be served, it remains open. This in winter is a real problem, unpleasant gusts of cold air came in.

I didn't know this area (Valdebebas), and I have to say that the restaurant I chose is perfect. Totally Valdebebas is decorated with a lot of style, the menu is a ten, with vegan options and gluten-free options. I had the pasta with truffle and mushrooms, it was spectacular, as well as their pistachio tiramisu. The staff is delightful and the service is also a ten. A total success without a doubt! My friends also really enjoyed their meals, lasagna, and truffle carbonara pasta.

We ate the daily menu, good price, good quantity, and above all very tasty. They have many gluten-free options, which is appreciated. Daniel's service was unbeatable, very friendly and guiding us through the different dishes. It's a pleasure to go to places like this.

Highly recommended for families with food allergies and intolerances. The gluten-free pasta is the best I have ever tried. The Italian pancetta is spectacular... And the service... could not have been more friendly, efficient, and patient with the children. I can't wait to go back...

We liked it a lot. The gluten-free pizza dough and the bread served with the provoleta are delicious. They have a menu with and without gluten, but honestly, it gave me a lot of security and a feeling that they have everything under control. They have several pasta and pizza options suitable for celiacs, and we will surely return to keep trying dishes. Additionally, the waitress who served us was super friendly and made very good recommendations. Another positive point that will make us come back is that they also have a vegan menu.

This place has been a great gluten-free discovery!! It is certified by FACE. They have two gluten-free pizza doughs, one deglutenized wheat and one charcoal black rice, and honestly they are delicious!!! I recommend the pistachio pizza 🤤 They also have gluten-free pasta, I will try it next time. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant is nice and new.

Incredible place, delicious food, and a 10/10 service! It's a marvel to enjoy their pizzas and the variety of doughs that adapt to all palates (even for those who don't eat gluten). It's the best spot in Valdebebas to eat as deliciously as in Italy 🇮🇹 and enjoy with family!

Delicious first pizza delivered that we ordered here. Super fast delivery with Glovo, and the pizza arrived very hot. We ordered the 1979 pizza with thin crust, and it was amazing in flavor; the thin crust didn't break, it was just right. Pizzeria with a good variety of doughs (gluten-free, sourdough, oat, ginger...) and almost all Italian ingredients. They have high chairs and a children's menu only until 5 PM. Italian beers, aperol spritz, lambrusco, ice creams, and cannoli. Everything is very Italian. The terrace has shade in the afternoon/evening and there's a nice breeze. I've tried the takeout and they are much better when eaten in the pizzeria, crispy dough vs soft dough. Parking is easy in the area.
