The venue 'Viena' offers a variety of gluten-free options, although there is room for improvement in addressing the specific needs of celiac customers. Despite the appreciation for the quality of the bread, further staff training and an expansion of the variety of dishes offered would be desirable.
Venues are suggested by the Gluto community. We don't yet have enough information for the gluten-free safety report for this venue.

every day more expensive and the food worse, the gluten-free sandwich feels like chewing gum and you choke on it, they used to make it better and the coca de pollo the bread was different and the chicken has stayed on the farm, in short like everything in this society we are getting worse

I don't dislike this restaurant, but I will stop visiting it. We lactose intolerant people have no place there; if you order coffee with milk without lactose, they offer you oat or soy drink. I think that being vegan or vegetarian is a way of life, while being intolerant or allergic to gluten or lactose is not a choice. Please incorporate lactose-free milk into your menu.

The coffee with milk and the sandwiches were good, although a bit expensive. If you are allergic to gluten, they have absolutely nothing for you, but you can go to Manolito's across the street to order a package of gluten-free croissants.

Gluten-free food could be greatly improved. The bread is very good, but there is very little variety of sandwiches. They don't have gluten-free beer!!! Very bad.

I usually frequent this chain of restaurants for its gluten-free variety. Yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes. I ordered my gluten-free meal and specified that the fries should be put with the gluten-free items, not with the other food we ordered. The gluten-free dish comes out, it is placed on a tray, and the staff continues preparing the other orders. The fries come out and are placed from the kitchen on the same counter where minutes earlier there were sandwiches. Some fries fall onto the counter, and without hesitation, she picks them up with her hands and puts them into my fries container. Immediately, she places them on my tray with gluten items, and I ask her to please remove them because I cannot consume a contaminated product. She is surprised and does not understand that fries from a gluten counter cannot be handled like that and given to someone with celiac disease. Instead of apologizing, she becomes defensive. In short, there is a lack of empathy and training in equal measure.

Great as always, I have been a customer of Vienna for years and now they have diagnosed me with celiac disease, I thought I could never return. Today I am at the Machinist location and to my surprise they have a gluten-free menu, everything is delicious and the staff is very professional, I loved this discovery, thank you Vienna for thinking of us. I will return as always.
