The gluten- and lactose-free café impresses overall with a remarkable selection of baked goods and cakes, especially the quality of the dough, which is expertly crafted and tastes delicious. The cake cream, however, fell short of the high standard of the base and seemed rather average. On the savory side, the pizza was tasty, but it was problematic that it was topped with ham without this being indicated in the menu ingredients. Transparency regarding ingredients is essential, especially for a concept geared towards specific dietary needs. The staff's explanation that the discrepancy was known and the menu needed to be updated seems inadequate from an organizational standpoint. Overall, the quality of the gluten-free baked goods is clearly impressive, while communication and attention to detail in the food labeling could definitely be improved. Ultimately, I'm grateful that someone in a rural area has the courage to pursue such a concept, and therefore I'm still giving it 5 stars. P.S.: The braided yeast bread is fantastically light and airy (for gluten-free).

I ate quark balls for the first time in 15 years 🥲🥲 Incredibly delicious. The Käsespätzle tasted like "normal" ones and it was a generous portion. The Flammkuchen was super tasty. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The trip here was well worth it!!

A true gluten-free paradise! Gunis Panificio is a small, lovingly run bakery and café that leaves nothing to be desired. The selection of gluten-free rolls, breads, pastries, and cakes is enormous – you won't know where to begin! Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and made with love. Highly recommended: the warm quark balls – simply heavenly and an absolute must-try! The prices are also very fair and completely justified for gluten-free products. A place where those with celiac disease or who avoid gluten can finally indulge without worry. A clear recommendation – we'll definitely be back!

We were at the weekly market in Scheidegg this morning and found delicious gluten-free products at Guni's for my daughter, who has celiac disease. We heard about the newly opened gluten-free café and bakery in Böserscheidegg. We went there in the afternoon and were delighted to find such a fantastic selection of gluten-free cakes and baked goods. My daughter felt like she was in paradise. Everything was delicious and tasted amazing! We highly recommend it. The staff was also super friendly. We'd love to come back when we're back on vacation.
