Nice place, the soundproof rooms are comfortable. Very good typical Tuscan dishes, breakfast is okay.

Wonderful location with a view of the castle. Clean and comfortable rooms throughout. At the restaurant, we ate excellently with Tuscan cuisine and pizza available. There is a wide gluten-free menu both in the restaurant and for breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We had high expectations for lunch today. We immediately specified to the waitress that my wife is celiac and we eat gluten-free. The waitress confirmed that the pasta is gluten-free and counted, but we would obviously order only one first course that is gluten-free. The rest would be from the second course menu, which is all gluten-free. But something went wrong, the waitress was not attentive; for every dish, I asked if it was gluten-free. In the end, my wife got food poisoning and vomited and had diarrhea for 5 hours. Never again!

Stayed for 3 nights in a superior double room with breakfast + dinner gf. The rooms are nice, with independent entrance, bathroom products, and slippers included. TV, free Wi-Fi. Heating and air conditioning with a heat pump. French door opening onto a common courtyard with a nice view of the Poppi castle. Our room was NOT soundproofed. The staff is very kind; at breakfast, they brought me 2 fresh gluten-free pastries + fresh fruit salad, in addition to pre-packaged bread/snack. A la carte dinner. The gluten-free menu is extensive and includes all the second courses from the gluten menu. I recommend the meat.
