I went to the local place noted in the handbook, pasta as hard as a stone, which was reheated, and this from a person who works with the raw material made me reflect on the freshness of the product... PERSONALLY, IT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS.

I went at 11:30 in the morning and they had absolutely nothing. A venue cannot be included in the AIC circuit when there is no product offering. Disappointing.

I found almost nothing, and it was 9:20 in the morning. "It's been a tough week," I was told in response, after I settled for a pastry that unfortunately was a jawbreaker. I don't know what went wrong or if half of the Italian celiacs went on vacation (like me, after all) this week, exhausting the entire catalog, or if there were other problems, and in fact, I blame no one; I simply felt very sorry to find a certified bar/pastry shop practically empty.

The pizzetta and pastries are very good, the value for money is excellent, I recommend going early for more choice.

Excellent pastry shop, very delicious products. They also make gluten-free items, from sweet to savory. My daughter, who is celiac, tried them and was completely satisfied! I tasted a piece of shortcrust pastry and it was amazing! The staff is very kind, always available and friendly! I recommend going. Everything is delicious, but then they have my "brother", I'm crazy about it! When I come back to Follonica, I will definitely come to visit you again!

We went to this pastry shop because it appears in the AIC guide (Italian Coeliacs Association) to have breakfast out with the family. When we arrived, they informed us that the gluten-free products had not been made. Speaking with the staff, we understood that gluten-free products are made on alternate days: once sweet and once savory, but they are still made (they are fresh products) only after the normal production with gluten (they have two labs) because there is only one pastry chef, so he must proceed in series. It is therefore advisable to call ahead to be "sure" about the availability. It is possible to reserve fresh products for the next day. Good pastry with gluten.

Dirty outdoor tables, not very courteous. Gluten-free products are good even if heated but still cold at the core. Gluten-free desserts are good.

My daughter and my wife are celiac. Being a certified AIC exercise, we wanted to try the pastry shop. Unfortunately, at 9:40 in the morning, the gluten-free assortment was already finished (I recommend going early if you are interested in those kinds of items). Since I am not gluten intolerant, I tried the regular pastries which I would rate as average.

Great pastry shop. Beautiful variety of breakfast pastries and mignon. Fantastic cakes. They also make certified gluten-free pastries in a dedicated lab.
