I am from Andria and I recognize the fame of this place, partly justified by its location and the very good products they offer. I won’t dwell on the prices (which are not low anyway) because I don’t have the expertise to assess their real value, BUT, given that, I was really disappointed that after asking for a lactose-free dessert (since it is one of the few places with a decent choice compared to other cafes), I enjoyed it (because it was indeed good, I have nothing to say about that!), unfortunately afterward I felt unwell (I assume due to the topping I requested, namely Nutella, which I hoped was vegan as I requested and highlighted my intolerance). I take the liberty of writing this review only because I am sure this is what made me ill, as I hadn't eaten anything else in the previous hours. I would like to urge attention to these matters (and especially to teach the staff working there), because unfortunately some people can have different reactions than others, and considering the prices, I would also appreciate the seriousness of a "no, you can't eat this," rather than selling me something that could potentially be harmful to the customer.

For those who have gluten problems, having such professionalism in the center is a real godsend. Thank you. The ice cream is great and the cakes are fantastic, especially gluten-free.
