Unfortunately, this place in the gluten-free area has significantly worsened compared to 3/4 years ago, even though the management is still the same... safety is definitely excellent (given the AIC certification), but for example, the pizza base is much less tasty than before. For my first course, I had the gluten-free handmade chitarrine allo scoglio... I received spaghetti that were cooked very poorly, too al dente, and the sauce wasn't great either, actually... this has happened more than once, so something has definitely changed; it wasn't just an oversight...

Attentive and courteous staff, maximum care for gluten-free customers, I tasted their pizza, really good, and to conclude, also their desserts strictly made for everyone gluten-free! Recommended

The attention and care for the celiac customer is excellent, but the gluten-free pizza dough is definitely mediocre :( The toppings are good.

It is probably the best pizza in the area. For me, it's not bad (there's better but especially there's worse), the ingredients used are good. The staff is friendly and it's definitely worth a visit if you want gluten-free pizza. The gluten pizza definitely has an edge.
