Certificate AIC my favorite ice cream maker in Frascati very kind and attentive especially!!!!🤗😍

All flavors are gluten-free and so is the cone, the same for everyone. The ice cream is sensational, with exceptional flavors and quality products.

All flavors and cones are gluten-free. Amazing melon flavor. The choices of flavors are not many but the quality is evident.

The true artisanal gelateria. The staff is very helpful and always ready to tell about the preparations, which are very evocative, especially the more unusual flavors. It is immediately noticeable, from the first taste, that the quality is sought with obsessive attention, love, and a great preparation regarding seasonality and the use of natural raw materials mixed to a high standard.

GREED is a small ice cream shop located in the center of Frascati. I came here attracted by both the numerous positive reviews and the presence of particular flavors that piqued my curiosity. Among the most original offerings, I found, for example, butter and anchovies or olive oil and basil. I chose ricotta, orange, and chocolate with cocoa beans instead. I must say I liked the ice cream: I found it genuine and rather light. However, the prices are quite high: €3.50 for two flavors in a cup. As for the quantities, contrary to what I had read in some previous reviews, they didn't seem scarce to me; perhaps, thanks to the feedback received, the portions have been slightly increased. In conclusion, I would say it is good ice cream that is worth trying, especially if you are curious to taste original and different flavors from the usual.

Really good gelato, with unique flavors absent in other mainstream and generic gelaterias. There is even an option for those who are lactose intolerant. Highly recommended!

Great natural ice cream shop, I went after hearing about it and I was right to do so. The location in Piazza Roma is tiny with few flavors, as it should be, but definitely excellent. I wanted to try the flavor of the day (Roman-style chicken) paired with a classic lemon, and both were fantastic, with intense flavors, perfect consistency, and surely with little sugar (I wasn't thirsty at all after finishing it). The cone was good too. I will have to go back to try the cocoa mass and the ice cream with capers and EVO oil. One piece of advice: I would take more care of the aesthetics of the counter and the place in general... it is true that it is very small, but seen from the outside, if I hadn't gone there on purpose, it wouldn't have inspired me much to enter, especially because it is surrounded by classic and much more inviting places. Anyway, recommended for lovers of good ice cream.

The top of the top!!! Exceptional ice cream shop...the new store is small but very welcoming. The flavors are good and delicious... Lemon, Bergamot, Sour cherries, Raspberries... I went back in time to my childhood when good products were those from my grandparents' countryside! At Greed, in addition to eating a serious ice cream, close your eyes and take a trip to the past!!!

Attracted by the line outside. We got two cups with two flavors, totally neutral, indistinguishable from each other. The cost of a single cup is €3.50. Excessive for the amount of ice cream but especially for the quality. After two spoonfuls, unfortunately, we threw it in the first bin we found.

Excellent ice cream. In terms of texture and flavors. The waffle was perfect too. Miss Bianca was very nice because, having chosen new flavors, she also advised me on the best combinations. Honestly, I recommend it not only to those who want to eat well, but also to those looking for a beautiful smile and a bit of kindness (which goes well with ice cream).

I don't have any photos of the ice cream just because I ate it right away! Really delicious but above all totally GLUTEN-FREE! Spacey and really unique flavors. My all-time favorite is butter and jam: it feels like eating a toasted slice! Everything is lovely❤️

Very good natural gelato, you can taste that there is little sugar, which is why it might not be liked. The milkshake has a particular taste (my son didn't like it).

It was a 4-star experience, but the 10-minute late opening caused my parking meter to expire... The boy was kind and the ice cream was good, but it fell short of the expectations that were hyped up on TV. The ice cream was too dense and small, even for my tastes, as I prefer it small but not miniaturized at 250, not at 3.50, which is acceptable given the quality of the raw materials.

Delicious gelato!!! Absolutely to try, we have been there several times and each flavor is special. The staff has also always been kind and helpful.

Very good ice cream. We happened to stop by this gelateria during a walk in Frascati. Few flavors because it follows the seasonality of the products.

Good ice cream, all handmade and especially with quality raw materials. You can feel the difference in the taste and also in the color of the ice cream, which is not what we are used to. The owner is a kind and helpful person who answers any questions. Well done!

The best ice cream I have ever tried! Congratulations to the owner who, besides making an excellent product, was also very kind in advising us. Highly recommended!

I had never tasted an ice cream with the flavor "Roman-style chicken" until I visited this ice cream shop. The "bergamot" flavor was also very good. In the photo I shared, you can see, from left to right, "Roman-style chicken", "bergamot", and "pistachio."

An ice cream shop that seems almost anonymous, hidden in a small alley in Frascati... yet, after trying them all in Frascati, this is truly the best. I tried two classic flavors to understand how these professionals operate: pistachio and hazelnut... delicious ice cream, you can clearly tell that the ingredients are of really high quality. The place is clean, and the staff is kind and youthful. Prices are higher than average, but the product is also much higher than average.

Delicious gelato, an excellent gluten-free option for those who truly need it. As someone with celiac disease, I thank you. This should be added to the places where I can return and enjoy quality products safely.

Quite good but expensive. A small cone with 2 flavors (2 small scoops of ice cream) costs 3 euros. I am an ice cream lover, the good kind... and I know a bit about the prices because I buy, eat, and pay when I treat myself to this little indulgence!!😄😄😄

An incredibly amazing gelato of the highest quality. Some time ago, I tasted the "Cocoa Beans" flavor, and it stuck with me because it truly tasted like cocoa beans, which is actually a different flavor from chocolate or cocoa powder. Not to mention the melon, which really tasted like pureed and creamy fruit, with an intense flavor without being cloying. My father was a gelato maker and taught me a couple of things about the differences between the many artisan gelatos available on the market. Many use a lot of sugar to "flavor" the gelato at the expense of the ingredients (where quality takes a back seat), and in my opinion, the reviews saying that Greed's gelato isn't that great or is lacking in flavor come from people whose palates are used to low quality and can barely appreciate what they're eating. Not to mention the criticisms about the price, which are absolutely unjustified. Do you want to pay little? Go to those who use packets of mixes, not to someone who, with extreme research and transparency, does everything to use the best raw materials and makes that clear. Top products, few seasonal flavors, respect for taste and territory, and unique flavors that can't be found anywhere else. One of the best gelaterias in Lazio, perhaps in Italy, with what I consider gourmet artisan gelato!

Artisanal gelato as it should be! Maybe even too much hahaha yes, it has very particular flavors and the flavors we are usually used to are different, maybe because there is no added sugar?? I think that's the easiest answer besides not using flavor enhancers or out-of-season products. My father only gets gelato from Greed all year round, I when it's summer and there is fresh fruit have no doubts, but even in winter a nice gelato with grilled peppers is great!! I warned you that the flavors are artisanal 😏

I modify the review because I can't respond to the owner's comments.... I understand the craft work involved and that's commendable, but if I eat a hazelnut now, I can taste its flavor. When I enter an ice cream shop, I naturally don't expect an identical flavor, especially since the mere addition of milk alters its taste (especially at that negative temperature), but at least I expect it to come as close as possible to the taste of hazelnut. So, as a friend said, "PUT IN THE GOODS," because otherwise 3 euros to taste two tasteless flavors are NOT JUSTIFIED; in fact, if I may say so, I consider it outright theft!!!! I understand that pistachio can be as high as 80 euros per kg like hazelnut, but with a liter of milk instead of putting in 70 grams, you could double it... this way, we might give more substance to those cones!!! I may have chosen particular flavors, but they were tasteless; the texture was also good, but the balance wasn't the best. Unfortunately, the flavor faded instantly.... It's a pity; I was hoping for an ice cream shop worthy of the reviews.... Maybe they need to work better on the bases.... just like many other ice cream shops!!!!! Lastly, the costs are outrageous!!!! I am willing to pay even 5 euros for a cone, but it must be worth it!!!! To this day, FASSI is still the ice cream shop worthy of being called ARTISANAL... because an artisanal ice cream shop is not just about assembling products but also making them from SCRATCH!!!!

The paradise of taste. Believe me, it's really worth it; I found myself in front of an ice cream that is an understatement to call it such. Top-quality raw materials and high mastery perfectly blend together to create the best tasting experience of my life regarding ice cream. These are the excellences of our country that make us proud to be Italians. The 3 flavors I tried: criollo chocolate, pistachio, and hazelnut.

A characteristic place typical of the town of Frascati. You wait in a socially distanced line due to anti-Covid regulations, with the option to scan a barcode that allows you to see the available flavors in the gelateria, so you can decide what to get before reaching the counter and reduce your waiting time. The environment is clean, and the girl at the counter is very polite and hygienically correct: she sanitizes her hands for every new customer, wears a mask, and offers the cone strictly with the wafer picked up with a napkin. Now let’s talk about the gelato: Two cones, one with two flavors (€3): bergamot and pomegranate, excellent in my opinion, genuine, and you can distinctly perceive the taste of both as well as the superior quality of the raw materials, which is also present in the second cone, this time with three flavors (€4): cream, hazelnut from Tuscia, and butter with sour cherry jam, surrounded by whipped cream that is mouth-watering, an explosive and flavorful bomb. Not only is there excellent raw material, but also local milk, cane sugar, and everything is strictly organic. To finish, the cone wafer is crispy and flavorful, high quality. Taking a walk to enjoy this gelato, no matter where you are, is truly worth it. Congratulations!

The best ice cream of all. There is no comparison with other ice cream shops. The raw materials are exceptional and carefully selected. The flavors are unique and respect seasonality, all for the benefit of the ice cream's taste; you can feel the genuine flavor of the ingredients. After trying it, it's hard not to notice the difference with other pseudo-ice creams sold elsewhere.

What a beautiful discovery.. I saw the special on the television program GEO and it piqued my curiosity. A spectacle.. I tried Calabrian licorice and bergamot from Calabria.. a pairing recommended by the owner. A spectacle. My wife had ricotta with sour cherries and honey with pollen.. she was ecstatic! Definitely worth returning.. DPCM permitting!!!

From panzanella to carbonara and carciofi alla giudia all transformed into ice cream. There are also the classic flavors...

Unfortunately not up to the name it bears. Few flavors. The pistachio was tasteless, the frozen fruit flavors, hazelnut very good, the gluten-free wafer good, friendly staff.

A very nice place with extremely kind staff. The artisanal ice cream is truly excellent, boasting a wide selection of unique flavors including bergamot gelato from Reggio Calabria and wine gelato from Frascati. Fruit, cream, and much more, like cherries, every gelato invites you to immediately get another... If you come to Frascati, don’t miss this street...

Fantastic. Dario makes ice cream out of passion, and it shows. Carbonara, oil and peas, puntarelle and anchovies. Practically a genius. The problem? Like all geniuses, he is ahead of his time. The store in Frascati, in my humble opinion, is not a suitable frame for his work. I can see him well in London.

The first time I went to this ice cream shop I was surprised! I can't say the same now, I found the price exaggerated for the amount of ice cream served, the whipped cream was really poor! I never expected that.. the spray one! Serious for an artisan ice cream shop that boasts many qualities! Flavors poorly defined, different from the beginning! The quality has decreased over time, I'm very sorry, I expected better.
