A high-quality location, a vast range of artisanal gluten-free products made fresh every morning by them, extremely delicious. There is only one lab, and they do not certify gluten-free due to shared equipment like ovens. All ingredients are gluten-free, and they are very careful, but they do not guarantee 100% due to liability concerns. In my opinion, they are worth a lot.
