The food here is delicious and anything with gluten is also available in gluten-free versions. There is a lot of variety, and the food is excellent and safe, so there is no risk of contamination at all.

I am writing this review positively only for the staff; Cristina is a very knowledgeable and always smiling person. I have re-read the various reviews and I truly do not understand if we stayed at the same hotel. I’ll start with the very small bathroom, where the toilet is right next to the shower, and there’s an annoying fixture inside the toilet meant for bidet use (attached photo), with a shower in front of the window that is fixed with a knot. The bed has stiff mattresses and flat pillows, sheets with holes, and a bedspread that is completely stained. The pool and hot tub are very dirty; it's true there’s a gluten-free option in the kitchen, but the quality of the raw materials is very concerning, it feels like a school canteen with very small portions, especially for the main courses, and the vegetable buffet is uninviting and recycled. The desserts offered at the end of lunch are very simple and in small servings. For breakfast, I only saw packaged gluten-free bread, not fresh as their site claims, thawed brioche, and only two types of low-quality cold cuts (ham and salami); it feels more like a guesthouse than a three-star hotel.

I stayed with my boyfriend from August 10 to 16, 2025, and we found optimal hospitality; it felt like being at home. The staff was always available and friendly. The gluten-free menu was the same as the traditional one, always well-stocked both for the sweet and savory buffet and for lunch and dinner. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Some sun loungers would be helpful for drying off and sunbathing. Recommended for both couples and families. Fortunately, for families with children, there is entertainment so parents can relax. I assure you that even some adults, including myself, joined in on the fun and danced with the kids because there were some group dances.

We stayed at this hotel with a half-board option and we can only speak highly of it! The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. One aspect that impressed us the most was the meticulous attention of the personnel to dietary needs related to celiac disease. The buffet offered a wide and delicious selection for both breakfast and lunch. The menu is identical for all guests, both celiacs and non-celiacs, without any difference in the quality or variety of the dishes, which made the dining experience much more enjoyable for everyone. Excellent location, as it is situated in a very quiet area just a few steps from the sea. Clean rooms and well-kept surroundings.

I would like to refute all those negative reviews because honestly, they don't deserve them at all!! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and ready to meet any need and request. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is good and always different. Options available outside the proposed menu. The buffet of vegetables and snacks is always present. Breakfast is varied and good. Maximum attention for celiacs without differences in dishes. Excellent proximity to the sea and the city center. Parking is free if not in the area, and there is the possibility of parking at the structure! A huge thank you from all of us to the staff and... see you soon girls, keep it up because you have that perfect drive!!!

During our stay at this hotel, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel immediately at home. From the moment of check-in, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. The waitstaff are the soul of the hotel, always very kind, friendly, and available, ready to meet every need with a smile. The menu is varied and there are plenty of fish options; a lot of attention is also given to gluten-free guests, with a separate buffet and a menu identical to the regular one. It is also worth noting the possibility to have second helpings of many dishes. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the beach and near the center of Gatteo a Mare. Finally, it is worth highlighting the continuous friendliness, availability, and presence of the owner, attentive to the pleasant stay of all guests at the facility.

Super positive review! Very nice hotel, clean, with outdoor games for children. Very close to the beach. Roberta and her staff are very attentive to gluten-free service, and we ate very well without problems. Highly recommended!

You feel at home, pampered and spoiled. The staff is always available, ready to meet every need. The owner Roberta along with her mother and father Fernando are always on top of things; head nurse Irina is caring and attentive to every detail. Top-notch cuisine for celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals!! Here, you really don’t feel different from others.

We stayed here for a couple of days, a quiet hotel but above all with excellent people inside, a family environment full of attentions; the staff in the dining room was very kind, both in fulfilling off-menu requests and always pampering the little ones. There was a section of the buffet reserved for celiacs (which is not common everywhere). The rooms are small but welcoming, they have everything you need.

For celiac issues, nothing to say, they have good products and the staff is attentive to food contamination. Breakfast is also very good and well-stocked, both in savory and sweet options and the beverage section. Everything else leaves much to be desired… The food is not that good, especially the fish is not cooked well and the pasta is either overcooked or undercooked, not to mention the sauces that are too salty or tasteless. The soups, on the other hand, are very good and flavorful. THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK and this prevented us from sleeping decently at night, and opening the window helped little due to the considerable heat. Furthermore, in our opinion, the rooms are small… we are a family of 4 and we were very cramped. I would recommend turning on the air conditioning during meals as well. Cleaning was okay, but I would improve the organization for room cleaning so that the room is clean by noon. The facility had the duty to guarantee us a comfortable experience, but that was not the case. I'm sorry to leave a negative review since the staff is very kind and available, but I felt it was my duty to do so.

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days with two small children, one of whom is gluten intolerant... what can I say... 15 days of fairy tale.. Modern, clean, welcoming hotel, close to the beach with an exceptional outdoor play area, pool, and two hot tubs. Excellent food, always well-prepared and especially varied, cooked directly by the owner Roberta, a lovely person, as well as her dad Fernando and her mom Anna, who are always kind, helpful, funny, and courteous. Great hotel for gluten intolerant guests who enjoy the same menu in a gluten-free version and have a wonderful breakfast with fresh foods instead of the usual packaged ones... (my son’s eyes sparkled every morning). The staff is simply amazing, from the head waitress Irina to the girls Gina, Laura, and Maria, who are always smiling (and believe me, it’s not easy these days to find people who love their work and aim not to disappoint their clients) courteous and available.. What can I say, we really had a great time and will definitely RETURN!

Why choose this hotel? Attentive staff to every need, cleanliness, excellent cuisine (with menus for celiacs and lactose intolerants), children’s entertainment (with a space dedicated entirely to them) and what about the outdoor garden where you can relax comfortably on the sofas! Will we return? Of course we will!

Modern and very beautiful structure, initially a bit hesitant due to the reviews below 4 stars but having seen a change in management, I wanted to try. Hotel chosen for gluten-free cuisine, we stayed with two adults and two children aged 12 and 4, and we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the kindness and availability of the staff and the director who was ready to meet our requests. An added value for those traveling with children is certainly the entertainment, which, in addition to being present in the hotel, also cheers up the beach, creating a nice group among the children. The cuisine offers the same dishes for both celiacs and non-celiacs, so the children do not feel "different." A beautiful holiday for which we will return.
