Fantastic destination for us celiacs! Wide selection and great flavors! Appetizers, first courses, second courses, and excellent cakes, all strictly gluten-free. Highly recommended! The waitstaff is well-prepared and very polite. TOP!

Guests during the Ferragosto week, but you don't notice it, everything is very well organized. Nice and spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, ours was a standard one. Very kind in welcoming, they give many tips for excursions along with various maps. Abundant breakfast, you can do everything yourself without restrictions. Sumptuous dinner, rich variety and plentiful, they also serve cheese before the desserts if desired. The food is excellent, obviously all gluten-free, excellent waiters. The village and the scenery do the rest. Spectacular.

I should mention that I did not stay in this facility, but I dined here for 4 evenings because they are AIC certified (gluten-free food guarantee). The variety of the menu is excellent, with almost all dishes available in a gluten-free version and, above all, ABSENCE of gluten but PRESENCE of flavors! Starters, first courses, main dishes, and extraordinary desserts, congratulations! Highly recommended for those with celiac disease, a true paradise; we will repeat the experience soon. The waitstaff is very helpful and kind.

3-star hotel but with 4-star services, spotless rooms, really kind and attentive staff; they even brought my luggage to my room after seeing me alone as a woman. Gluten-free certified for celiacs. Perhaps slightly too family-run and a bit too chaotic, but I felt like a true LADY, I will return.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to the center, shops, and bars. It is difficult to find so many positive features all in one place. For example, there is a shuttle service to take guests to the ski lifts and back from skiing; there is a wellness area with sauna, herbal tea room, and jacuzzi; they offer a very rich and varied menu that can easily be modified based on dietary restrictions (veg, vegan, gluten-free, etc.). Personally, I find the ability to change the menu very important; breakfast is also abundant and varied (last but not least, the use of their delicious homemade jams); in the afternoon, a rich aperitif with various drinks, cocktails, or gluten-free beer is available; among the various positive features, I would include the ski storage near the entrance on the floor, whereas usually you have to climb flights of stairs; the rooms have tilt-and-turn windows so you can control the opening. The staff is perfect, starting with the Chef, Metre Salvatore, Francesca, Michela, Samanta, and all the others who make dinner very enjoyable, both for the food and the ambiance. The Neyroz family, who own the hotel, are truly delightful; all the members are efficient, available, and importantly, possess kindness, starting from Palmira to Argo, their faithful dog with rare intelligence. In short, a concentration of positive qualities that makes the Edelweiss, in my opinion, the best hotel in Cervinia. In at least a dozen occasions we have been to Cervinia changing structures each time, but I think this will be the definitive choice for the future.

Very welcoming hotel. Recently renovated rooms. Great location. Close to the pedestrian street. They have a shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts. Convenient for starting hiking trips as well. Excellent quality restaurant with generous portions. I dined with a gluten-free friend and their restaurant is AIC certified. We will definitely return.
