Great sushi, they also have gluten-free soy sauce. The two chefs speak English quite well, and they make gluten-free adapted dishes. The kitchen is unique, so clearly cross-contamination is not guaranteed, but the fact that they knew about gluten-free and spoke a bit of English was really reassuring and rare here.
