Another gluten free gem in Kobe. Other “normal” patisseries do not even hold that level of excellence in making cannelés or financier !

I used the cafe on my first visit! It was such a cute and lovely shop💕 The staff were also very kind and talked a lot about tea and fruit, which made the meal even more delicious! I'd never heard of Teppen Momo 🍑 before☺️ It's so luxurious💕 This was my first time trying gluten-free food, and it was so chewy and delicious! My favorite canelés were also big and chewy✨ It was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely go again!

I went to both the shop that sells baked goods and cakes, and the eat-in area! All of the baked goods looked delicious! They're made with rice flour, so I was happy they were gluten-free since I'm on a diet. I bought two canelés, one pistachio and one chocolate, and they were packaged in the cutest bucket-shaped packaging, which I loved. I bought a tin of tea and some cookies as gifts for a friend. They were very happy with them later. At the eat-in area, I had the root vegetable crepe, which can be used as a meal substitute. It went well with the sesame sauce. The soy sauce is apparently homemade. It goes well with the very popular Earl Grey tea. However, the tea was lukewarm and the portion was small, which was a shame. There was no water, so I'll have to think about how much I drink before trying the Mont Blanc cake. The Mont Blanc was delicious. I went to Osaka, and I'll definitely visit again!

Ashiya's First Rice Gluten-Free Biscuit Shop ● Earl Grey and Orange Muffin (475 yen) ● Chocolate Muffin (475 yen) ● Rum Raisin Scone (324 yen) ● 6 Kinds of Cheesecake (320 yen) Located about a 4-minute walk from JR Ashiya Station, this shop offers fluffy and moist gluten-free baked goods made with domestically produced rice flour. Freshly baked goods such as scones, muffins, canelés, and tarts are lined up in the shop. While rice flour usually evokes an image of chewy and slightly hard textures, the sweets here are fluffy and moist, with a texture indistinguishable from wheat flour sweets. 🥰 The particularly popular rice scones are moist and full of buttery aroma. There are so many other varieties that it's hard to decide what to buy! 🤔 I'm also curious about the crepes that are made to order. ☺️
