Galettes are SO DELICIOUS and gluten free! The owner is so lovely, very good with all sorts of allergens. She also makes chu-his with fresh lemon, the most tasty ones I’ve had my whole time in Japan

Very cute little restaurant in Ito! They have gluten-free buckwheat-galettes and make them on the spot while you can watch. They have 4 options for lunch and one of them is vegetarian and can be made vegan! A little sanctuary for vegans in Ito!
