I loved the previous location and used to frequent Ryukishin! It's back with a brand new look and gluten-free ramen! The interior is very clean. 💡 They use a ticket system, and when you enter the store, there's a ticket machine where you can purchase your food. 👌 They only have counter seating, and they provide a space behind the seats where you can leave your belongings! There were a lot of eye-catching menu items, but since it'd been a while since I'd been there, I wanted to try the salt ramen, so I went for the Chicken Salt DX! The taste was delicious! However, I felt the portion was a little small, so I wasn't full even after paying around 1,500 yen... It may be a sign of the times, but I feel like the value for money isn't that great. 🤣 There are other menu items that I'm interested in, so I'd like to try them again if I have the chance. 👌

This was my first visit since Sakai's famous Ryuki Shin opened this gluten-free ramen shop♪ It was my first time trying gluten-free noodles, so I was nervous♪ First, I purchased my meal ticket before sitting down. The restaurant only had counter seating. Since it was my first time, I was thinking of going for a regular hot dish, but when I saw that they were offering chilled ramen only during the summer, I decided on it straight away! There were no photos on the ticket machine, so I had no idea what it would be like, but I decided to go for the seasoned egg topping. The total came to ¥1,500. The soup was a seafood-based salt soup, light but with a nice oily flavor. Aside from the seasoned egg topping, the other toppings included one piece of chicken char siu, one piece of pork char siu, sliced raw onion, green onion, bamboo shoots, and sliced lemon. I was happy with the double char siu, and both were moist and delicious☆ And the important thing: the noodles were chewy and firm, with no hint of rice! The prices are a little higher, probably because the noodles are gluten-free, but I highly recommend it for people with allergies or on a diet! They also offer fresh noodles for takeout, which I'd like to try someday ☆ They also have other interesting menu items like anchovy and vegan options, so I'd like to visit again. Thank you for the meal (୨୧ᵕ̤ᴗᵕ̤)

Gluten-Free Shio Ramen at Gluten-Free Ramen Specialty Shop RYU-Gu Ryukishin Finally, I made it!❢ They wanted to create a Ryugujo (Dragon Palace) where people from all backgrounds could dine with peace of mind, which is why they included "RYU-Gu" in their name.😁😁😁😁 First impressions: a beautiful restaurant.😁 The exterior and interior are very bright and clean.😁 I chose the Simple Shio Ramen from the vending machine, which accepts most payment methods, and paid with my ICOCA card.❢ As the name suggests, these noodles are gluten-free. 100%! 😁 These noodles are made in-house with almost 100% rice flour. 😁 They're 100% gluten-free, including all other ingredients, so even those with allergies, especially those with wheat allergies, can enjoy our ramen.❢ They look yellowish, boiled for one minute.❢❢ The yellow color comes from gardenia pigment, so they're unwatered and unsalted.😁😁 I took a sip.❢ The texture, the smoothness, and the smoothness of the noodles all make for a perfectly natural slurp. In fact, they have a unique texture that's truly enjoyable.😁 These homemade noodles, made with the No. 14 noodle cutter blade, are boiled for one minute with 40% water. It's a little firm, but the unique texture is incredibly enjoyable. 😁😁😁 The soup is vegan, and it's made with high-quality kelp, premium dried fish, and vegetables, many times more than usual, for a rich, umami-filled flavor. 😁 The noodles are also gluten-free. ❢ It's designed to be safe for families with children and women with multiple allergies. 😁😁😁😁 Chicken and pork char siu are included by default. Of course, you can omit them. This bowl left me with the feeling that I had just eaten a bowl of junky ramen. 😁 The owner also gave me a 50g sample of gluten-free noodles for tsukemen, soaked in kelp water. ❢ These were delicious on their own, with the umami of kelp, and even dipped in leftover salt ramen broth for tsukemen. 😁 Next time, I'll try the kelp water tsukemen. 😋😋😋 Thanks for the meal m(__)m
