Update 20/8/26 Second time at this pizzeria, I found the pizza even better (I recommend the Patrizia, a typical pizza) and the panelle are fried in a separate oil, gluten-free. Gluten-free pizza available without reservation. Fried panelle suitable for intolerant individuals but not for celiacs because the fryer is used for all fried items.

We were a large party of 14 and we had such a great evening here. I am Gluten Free (health not choice) and had the best pizza it was delicious. I was served last as they had to make sure not to contaminate which shows they know. Great choice, lovely atmosphere I would highly recommend. We will go again on our return.
