I stayed for a weekend at this hotel. It's not in the AIC association, but I had a good experience. I asked for gluten-free and lactose-free options. A dedicated waitress helps you choose a specific option from the lunch and dinner menu and brings it to your table, while for other guests there's a served buffet. Everything was very good and the staff was attentive to intolerances. At the table, there was also a dedicated basket with breadsticks and muffins for breakfast. The only drawbacks: I didn’t see any 'safe' gluten-free or lactose-free desserts since it was a single buffet for everyone. For breakfast, the only safe choice was packaged food at the table, as jams and other products were shared. A nice experience, I would return for other weekends.
