Pizzeria only for takeout offering a wide choice of gluten-free options prepared in a separate laboratory. I also offer pizza with wheat flour. The gluten and non-gluten pizzas only meet at the time of return, already packaged in the box. The dough is good and preparation is quick. AIC certification, participating in the AFC project since 2026.

Great news for me, finally a gluten-free pizzeria. We ordered three pizzas and ate them there. Delicious. A new place and highly recommended. We also bought two pizza bases to go and a delicious cookie 🍪. Everything was homemade. They're absolutely worth it. I'm very satisfied.

Drawn by the positive reviews, I decided to try this gluten-free pizzeria. When I made my reservation, I was told there were only two seats available that evening. Once I arrived, I understood why: the pizzeria basically only has two seats, arranged on stools in front of a rather unstable counter that wobbles while eating. A decidedly uncomfortable experience. The pizza is served directly in a cardboard box with plastic cutlery, which, due to the heat of the pizza, warped even after the first use. Regarding the pizza, unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I chose the pizza of the day with carne salada: it was very beautiful and beautifully presented, but the dough was extremely hard, heavy, and tasted like popcorn. The toppings were decent, but they weren't enough to compensate for the crust, which I found truly unpleasant. I eat gluten-free pizza often and have tried many at various places; for this reason, I feel confident in saying that this was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The prices are average for the gluten-free sector, but the value for money, especially considering the comfort of the location and the service offered, wasn't satisfying. I won't be returning.

I wanted to add some photos, but the pizzas ran out before I could make them. What can I say? The gluten-free pizza is truly delicious. The ingredients and combinations were excellent. The dough was well-risen, stretched, and cooked to perfection. Among the best I've ever had in my life as a celiac, at least 4.5+ out of 5. One flaw? The dough becomes slightly rubbery when it cools, but that's perfectly normal for a gluten-free pizza. To sum it up in two words: Very satisfied. Keep it up, see you next time!
