A very pleasant surprise during a return trip. I saw the reviews and I (celiac) together with my boyfriend (non-celiac) thought it would be the perfect place for lunch and to relax a bit. The location is splendid, surrounded by nature, the staff very kind, but above all the food is impeccable. It is always a joy to find someone willing to take care of gluten-free without making you feel "different" and this time it was just that! The bread was also delicious, as were the fried foods (especially the artichokes!) Highly recommended :)

in love! The menu presents the crossed spikes on every gluten-free dish available. The homemade bread is excellent and the fresh homemade pasta is spectacular. I was really satisfied!!!

I was here this evening for dinner with my family and I truly encountered a lot of kindness and a warm welcome. Not to mention the truly excellent food. As if that weren't enough, the menu is also available for gluten-intolerant people! Truly a place to recommend. Professionalism and warmth are the perfect mix. Thanks to the owners for the lovely evening.

The outdoor venue is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and immersed in silence!!! Typical Tuscan cuisine, good and tasty, with gluten-free menu options. A must-try!! Excellent quality of raw materials.

We had dinner one evening in good company, great Tuscan food with attention to the smallest details, reasonable portion sizes, and well-presented dishes. Beautiful location, perhaps even better in summer; I noticed a patio in a vast garden.... Very kind and professional staff, suitable for families, they also accept dogs and, above all, are organized for gluten-free cooking certified by AIC.

Spectacular! Simone is a wonderful host. Elegance, professionalism, and rare delicacy that are hard to find. The menu is perfect. A few things, but they are delicious. They are very knowledgeable about celiac disease, and I can confidently say that I had the best gluten-free bread in the world, made in-house - thanks to Chef Massimiliano. We ate there twice in 4 days. Superior quality and excellent dishes. Unique appetizers from the cutting board to Tuscan cuddles with ham and cheese. Spectacular sliced beef. Amazing pici. Fried zucchini flowers. Sautéed spinach. Savory pie. I was able to eat everything gluten-free. Excellent wines, including the house wine! Our little puppy Agata was able to stay with us. Impeccable service. Excellent tasting experience.

On the highway after Florence, around 1 PM on Sunday, November 3rd, we decide to exit the highway and stop for a meal. Finding a GLUTEN-FREE restaurant you can trust is difficult, and doing so randomly is almost impossible. Google suggests "Osteria I'Casolare"; after 10 minutes from the Valdarno exit, we arrive in the countryside. Without a reservation, they make us wait for 10 minutes, offering us a prosecco and guiding us through the gluten-free menu (which has a wide selection) with expertise on the issue and professionalism. By 2 PM, we had ordered. My 13-year-old daughter (gluten-free) orders an appetizer and spaghetti with meat sauce. The three of us order duck carpaccio, a vegetable appetizer, two first courses, and a tagliata with two sauces (one anchovy and one with dried tomato). Crumbled cake (also gluten-free), wine, water, and coffee. What was meant to be a brief stop turned into two hours!!!! I almost forgot, homemade gluten-free bread. 80 euros for 4, not even at a pizzeria!!! THIS WILL BE OUR REFERENCE POINT.
