The dishes convey the passion and care of those who prepare them. Regarding the gluten-free options: my daughter was able to eat any adapted dish, including freshly made strudel and ravioli, and every morning hot pancakes, with no symptoms of contamination; she has never been unwell. There is also the possibility of having lunch boxes with gluten-free sandwiches for picnics. Beyond the safety regarding celiac disease, it is a wonderful hotel, with organic certification, detailed attention to every aspect, nestled in greenery, just a stone's throw from the Renon train. Highly recommended!
