gluten-free pizza very light. an alternative for those who are not celiac but have a moderate and manageable intolerance. they do not guarantee contamination, as gluten-free pizzas are cooked in the same oven as those with gluten. however, they are cooked on a tray that ensures they do not touch the base directly.

I went here for lunch because I was looking for a gluten-free option for myself around Canary Warf, and it was simply amazing. The pizza was indistinguishable from what I remember real pizza dough being like, honestly, it was the best thing ever if you've been missing 'real bread'. The toppings were perfect! I also had a gluten-free beer, which was refreshing and ice cold. The only downside was that the restaurant's phone was ringing unanswered for a while, which was a bit annoying, but it was eventually dealt with.

I rarely ever write a review, but this place beyond deserved it! The waiters were amazingly kind and very well educated on celiac disease, which made ordering food a breeze. The pizza was by far the best gluten free pizza I have ever had in my life, it even beats the Italian ones. The Sicilian lemon dessert was also very unique and tasty. The atmosphere and decor is fantastic, I will definitely be returning whenever I visit London next. 100% would recommend.
