The pastries here are absolutely incredible. You would never know they were gluten free unless someone told you. My daughter is 11 and has never had a funnel cake or churro, so this was a very special experience for us. Not only was everything delicious, but the customer service was so kind. I truly felt like they valued me as a customer. We will definitely be back - fingers crossed they have some pop ups in south OC - but we will absolutely make the 30 min drive. It's worth it!

I’ve been gluten-free for 6 years now and these desserts are some of the best I’ve ever had. As a Hispanic, there are so many treats and flavors I grew up with that I thought I’d never get to enjoy again, so finding Nathaniel and Stephanie was a dream come true! They pour so much love into this craft and the quality shows it! Ughhh so delish. As a health junkie I LOVE that their desserts are also seed oil free. That is almost impossible nowadays. And unlike most GF desserts that are tiny or have weird textures, these are full sized, fresh, and genuinely taste better than most desserts by a landslide. Again, you can tell they really care about the quality and ingredients. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like you’re not missing out, and that’s exactly what they’ve done for me. And exactly why I’m taking the time to demonstrate my love for them through this review! I seriously can’t recommend them enough because this place is a true hidden gem and is most definitely worth trying!! You’ll be supporting lovely people with a wonderful dream and receive top quality desserts in return. I don’t know them personally btw and this is not sponsored at all. 1000000/10 I’m always searching for gluten-free food for my 11-year-old daughter who has celiac. We’re so happy we found Postres del Pocho! They’re a pop-up located about 15 mins away from Disneyland. Amazing gluten free Mexican treats! Churros are better than Disneyland’s and my daughter had her first funnel cake at 11 y/o! They also offer other sweet decadent gluten free pastries that can be preordered. The GF gansito was chef’s kiss! GF piña colada cupcake was soft, moist, good flavor. Too sweet for me, surprisingly. The Chocolate chip Oreo cookie was soft and delicious. We can’t wait to try their other treats. Pastry menu changes weekly. Our daughter felt no discomfort from eating the treats at Postres del Pocho. Can’t wait to visit again!

So lucky to be blessed with a gluten free bakery offering delicious treats! I’ve tried their churros which are made fresh to order and they are absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, warm fluffy doughy on the inside. I was able to pre-order their tres leches cake (delicious) as well as their Piña colada cupcake and Carrot cupcake which were phenomenal. The owners are lovely, so friendly! They have rotating cupcake flavors so be sure to follow them on Instagram and stay up to date with the flavors!

100/10!! Two of my favorite desserts, churros and funnel cake and I can finally eat them again! I cannot explain how excited I am to have this spot. Both items were amazing and the service was great. Both Stephanie and Nathaniel care about their customers and what they do. I cannot wait to go back and try all the other delicious goodies. Note: this is a 100% GF and is celiac safe!! Go run and try all the amazing desserts!
