The first time I came to the Guardian, I actually had a hard time keeping my tears in check. It was the first time id ever been to a totally GF food place (outside of my house) in a decade. It was such an unexpected relief to walk in somewhere and have the option of ordering literally anything off the menu, not worrying about cross- contamination or if the staff really understood what GF meant. I dont think people without autoimmune disease, food allergies or intolerance really understand the mental gymnastics we go through every time we go out to eat, not knowing if we will lose the next several hours or even a day to symptoms that might arise because we ate food we didnt make ourseleves. And to top if off, these baked goods are delicious! Thank you for providing a safe place, that makes me feel like a normal human, and where I can enjoy delicious treats!

The best gluten free bakery ive been to. So moist and delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible and so filling. It is so cute inside and smells amazing. It was the highlight of my birthday day.

This place is soo good. It is really hard to find bake shops that are gluten free. Thabks so much for the yummy treats, helps my celiac son have a great day and something to look forwatd to while in Idaho Falls.

Very impressed with the taste, texture and quality. The baked goods are surprisingly moist! Their prices are decent and we’ve always been treated with respect and kindness from the staff. We are grateful to have access to a gluten free bake shop which houses a variety of goodies which do not leave an unpleasant gluten free taste! FANTASTIC FOOD!
