The ice cream parlor offers a wide variety of flavors, prepared without the use of industrial mixes, but with fresh ingredients and especially with the passion and dedication that the owners put into their work. Their skill is also evident in the preparation of ice cream cakes, made with gluten-free sponge cake, and in gluten-free cones, made directly by them. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of those suffering from celiac disease: a particular sensitivity that is not at all taken for granted and which makes this ice cream parlor even more commendable.
