Pastry shop with good products but really few. There is a meager minibar with little choice.

Every time I pass through Gorizia, I stop by this little pastry shop in the morning for breakfast during high school. It's really small, but it has exceptional products.

I expected a lot more supply, instead when I entered, I could only choose from a few items displayed in a small separate showcase. Everything was very good, though.

a fixed stop when I'm around! fridge apart with gluten-free products and some friends without lactose. between tiramisu, cannoli, bomboloni there's plenty of choice!

Sweet, savory, cakes, panettone... everything fantastic and with great attention from all the staff! A pastry shop close to the heart!

Small venue with tables only outside. Gluten-free corner with not many products, but I still found a very good fresh brioche. Courteous staff. Venue without restrooms.

I must say I have been a customer for years (I even had my graduation cake made by them, just to give you an idea), so this is not a biased review at all (even though the quality has declined over the years, in my opinion). Unfortunately, this morning I returned to Oca after a long time with my aunt, who has a severe intolerance to chocolate and cacao, which she specified before ordering. Initially, she was suggested the Red Velvet cake among the desserts, which is known to contain cacao, just with red coloring. The situation didn’t start off well. Then, she was told she could safely order the cream puff with hazelnut cream. She asked again if they were absolutely sure it didn’t contain cacao, and they affirmed it. However, that wasn't the case. Fortunately, not fully trusting them, she only took a small bite of the dessert, which unfortunately caused her stomach cramps just a few seconds later, due to her strong intolerance. Like a true lady, my aunt returned inside, pointing out that the suggested dessert definitely contained either cacao or chocolate because she was feeling ill. Instead of apologizing or offering a compensation for the mistake made, they simply insisted she was mistaken. As far as I'm concerned, I won't set foot there again. It would have been sufficient to pull out the list of allergens, which is mandatory by law, and they could have spared a person a ruined morning. Inexpressible.

Small pastry shop with a wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options. For me, being vegan, it was a pleasant discovery: it's nice to see that there are people with the sensitivity to cater to those with different needs. Well done!

The best place I have been to in Gorizia meets the needs of everyone thanks to the variety of products (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan). Great choice of pastries and more. Some time ago, I also ordered a birthday cake that fully met my expectations.
