In a strategic location because it is located in the square and there are no parking problems. For me, being celiac, it is a nice discovery! I have missed having breakfast with a brioche, and here I find my favorite: pistachio! The other desserts are good too. I only regret that it's not right under my house, but about 20 km away. The owner is very nice and helpful! I highly recommend it!

I went to Rossana with a celiac nephew. I must say that as soon as I have the chance, I will go back:)))....the desserts are delicious, just like the cookies...I can't find a difference between these and the traditional ones. The same goes for the savory items. The bread, then...super...it was just like eating 'normal' bread...but of high quality. Absolutely 5 stars.

Home made products at their finest I have been there many times with my wife, we have tried most of the available pastries and ice creams, so far this is the best gluten free bakery I have found. Strongly recommended

I contacted the pastry shop through Google Maps messaging service. Rossana has always been prompt and available to answer my questions. Very clear and precise. The cake I ordered, a black forest, gluten-free and lactose-free, was really good. Soft, moist batter and the creams were nice. Decorated very nicely. Definitely a reference point for anyone looking for fresh patisseries completely gluten-free and, upon request, also lactose-free and vegan.

Friendly staff attentive to your dietary needs of all kinds. The soy foam in the coffee is very good, the unique gluten-containing pastries are provided fresh every day by an external laboratory to best preserve the integrity of the gluten-free items. The fillings with various jams and creams produced by them! The cream, in particular, is SPECTACULAR, with a hint of lemon that makes it fresh and pleasant to the palate, as per ancient tradition!!! A well-stocked counter of mignon, all gluten-free!! I will definitely return.

Delicious, clean, and tidy pastry shop, friendly staff, and fair prices. The Sacher is good, but the maltagliati with zabaglione cream are something exceptional! A cloud full of flavor, and especially gluten-free. Really compliments, I will definitely return.

Glutenfree heaven! Wide selection of deliciuos cakes, very good coffee, tasty crepes, everything is glutenfree. A dream came true, the highlight of our Italian journey was visiting this confectionery. The waitress is very kind, helpful, she speaks english very well.

Great mini pastries "beyond everything for everyone because they are gluten-free" accompanied by good tea or something else in a welcoming, beautiful, modern environment. A nice, clean bathroom with multicolored tiles. An original idea.

The best cappuccino with soy milk in Gradisca. Fantastic pastry shop for celiacs. All of this without sacrificing flavor. Qualified staff and great initiatives like pastry classes for kids. Well done...keep it up!

I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free cake for an important occasion... a Saint Honoré... I was given 2 cakes without being informed... this was what I didn't want, as only 2 people were intolerant, and to avoid making them uncomfortable, we opted for 1 cake only. Obviously, it wasn't as I wanted it due to some issue with the cream (at home, the lactose-free cream came out perfect)... the result was that one cake was frozen inside and the other was melted... the taste was okay... I made a fool of myself... the mignon I had eaten at the pastry shop were excellent... what a pity.
