We chose this pizzeria because it offers gluten-free pizza. It was an excellent choice. We met the owner, who was very kind and willing to explain their process using a dedicated oven, free from contamination; moreover, they are part of the AIC circuit. We ordered pizza for takeout, but they also deliver to the nearby areas. They have a dedicated app for ordering, and they are very well organized. Congratulations.

Ordered at home, really good pizzas! We opted for the classic dough, very light and digestible.. we are not celiacs but we will also try the gluten-free dough out of curiosity.

Today, for the first time, I bought gluten-free pizzas and I can say they were the best I've had. Soft and well-risen dough. If I have to find flaws, I can say that you don't have 'nduja and that I would fill the pizzas a bit more, but they are delicious. I recommend it to everyone; I travel almost 30 km to get there and another 30 to come back.... Anzio and Nettuno don't have such good gluten-free options.

The owner and staff are very skilled, friendly, sociable, and attentive to the quality of the product (for both gluten and gluten-free doughs), from preparation to cooking. The pizza menu is available online; all the pizzas are SUPER GOOD and ready to be discovered, with original and fun names and very well-balanced ingredient choices. [the 'suprema' is highly recommended, (nomen omen!) but not only] The quality-price ratio is very convenient, especially if you order in advance by phone or through the website. It is definitely among the best pizzerias on the coast, and my favorite one.
