For celiacs, there is only pizza available, but it is truly an excellent gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've had in Bolzano. The other pizzas on the table were also appreciated, especially the one with the surprise stuffed crust. I returned in 2025 and unfortunately, I must say that the quality of the pizza has dropped and the place is kept worse. I didn't get sick, so there was no contamination, but what a shame.

Restaurant discovered during a visit to the city. Pizza, Neapolitan-style dough, overall good. The gluten-free one was also quite good (the venue is AIC certified). Service a bit slow. Price is reasonable. Welcoming venue. Positive and recommended experience.

We came here because a colleague wanted gluten free pizza and the experience was mediocre and strange. We were led through a series of dark basement like rooms to a room far in the back which was strangely decorated. Service was relatively quick but our drinks came lukewarm and could not be exchanged for chilled ones, so we got some ice cubes. The dark atmosphere, dirty rundown toilets and mediocre pizza tasting of canned ingredients all fit together. Not recommended.

Friendly staff and what seems to be a relaxed family business. The food is of OK quality, but could be improved. The gluten-free pizza especially needs an update, as some of the gluten-free pizza options from the supermarket taste better. The restaurant is in need of a renovation or a re-design. The dark setting and the inventory put a bit of a shadow on the overall impression. This makes it more of a place to quickly dine and go, rather than having lunch- or dinner-time with friends / family.

The gluten-free pizza was very good! As a celiac, I had no problems, zero contamination. It's a shame they only have gluten-free pizza, but it doesn't matter much!

Very good pizzas, especially the one for celiacs and the house special, the torch.

Together with my partner for dinner. She is intolerant to wheat and was able to enjoy a kamut pizza without any issues. The pizza was a bit thin, but these are personal tastes. The flavor of the pizza was average and the price was in line with local prices (8-10 €). If there had been Gluten Free dishes (and not just pizza) we might have considered other options as well. The bathroom was not exactly top-notch.

Location in the center of Bolzano... Very spacious with plenty of seating... A plus is the gluten-free pizza for those who are celiac... The pizza is decent, nothing special... The menu is varied, you can eat a bit of everything from starters to mains to pizza... Service is fairly quick and courteous... Prices are reasonable.
