Exceptional pizza, made with sourdough and baked in a wood-fired oven: light, digestible, and with quality ingredients. I have tried it several times before writing this review, and to date, I can say it has become my favorite pizzeria and the same for my mom who, despite being celiac and having several intolerances, can enjoy an excellent pizza here thanks to the great care taken in preparation and cooking in a dedicated oven. The staff consists of young, competent, and very efficient guys, really skillful, well done!

The gluten-free pizzas are the best in the area, and they are very careful about cross-contamination. As someone with celiac disease, I feel very safe, which isn't taken for granted at other pizzerias. The ingredients are very fresh. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!!

Delicious pizza with sourdough! Light and easily digestible. Top ingredients. For me, who is intolerant to gluten and lactose, finally a wonderful gluten-free pizza and lactose-free mozzarella. I give 4 stars, only because the dough is thin. I bought 2 pizzas, and from the first bite, I immediately understood the quality of the product. The filling is good. The price is normal. The place is spacious, and I found it difficult to understand the layout. I appreciated reading that they make whole grain dough (+€1), 5 grains (+€1.5), kamut, and for celiacs. Recommended! I will definitely return.

Very welcoming place and spectacular pizza. My wife is celiac and after years I finally found a pizzeria specialized in the field with excellent quality, especially when compared to the other poor pizzerias in the area. Thanks to the owner for the availability always so kindly granted to us.
