The perfect ice cream for a celiac; I finally enjoyed ice cream without the fear of feeling sick because it wasn't clear which products were gluten-free or not. The environment is tidy, with a selection of classic yet unique flavors, and the allergen information is meticulous and well signposted. The ice cream I purchased was excellent, with a not overly strong and delicate flavor despite the chosen taste, and not cloying. The artisanal craftsmanship is evident even with eyes closed, precisely because the taste is not overpowering. Natural colors and not overly bright, so there's an absence of preservatives or other elements, which if present (sulfites) is indicated in the information for each flavor. It's commendable that the allergen list is provided for each flavor and not in a huge book like an encyclopedia as is usually the case in dining and food retail. The staff is friendly and helpful, with competitive prices for the service and product offered. I highly recommend this ice cream shop in the center of Como as a break between shopping or cultural walks. I will definitely return because you always go back to places where you felt good.

Pleasant discovery. A small artisan laboratory of excellent quality. The staff is kind, courteous, and smiley, as well as very accommodating. The raw materials used are of excellent quality. The gelato is truly good and the gourmet flavors are exceptional. It’s a clever idea to add crunchy ingredients inside the gelato only at the time of serving, to preserve their crunchiness. All the gluten-free cones are really good. Well done, you are at the top of my personal ranking of gelaterias in Como.

Great ice cream, classic and unique flavors. Fair prices. Good choice of vegan flavors (not just fruit flavors). The gluten-free cones are also delicious. An excellent ice cream shop in step with the times. Congratulations!
