Since 2009, we have been preparing gluten-free dishes with a clear goal: to make everything identical to traditional versions. At lunch, there is the small kitchen, offering first courses, second courses, and side dishes also in gluten-free versions. Pizza and artisanal frying, however, are always available. If you’re looking for a place to eat without worries, Mamma Mia feels like home.

Saturday night pizza! Highly recommended place, professional and friendly staff and owner. One of the best and lightest gluten-free pizzas I've ever had, the same goes for the dessert. A well-deserved 5 stars! The only downside, which doesn't affect the dinner experience, is the limited choice of fried dishes that could be expanded. Definitely, a celiac person doesn’t suffer from the lack of options here! 😁

Excellent food, with particular attention to gluten-free options, wonderful dough, spectacular fried items, special little angels! The girls and the owner are superb, kind, and friendly. The environment is new, modern, and clean, with a wide selection of sliced, round pizzas, and fried snacks. We will definitely be back.

When I visited Mamma Mia in Cassino, the first thing that struck me was the variety of offerings: you can choose between pizza by the slice, round pizza on a plate, and — importantly — a gluten-free version as well. I tasted a "classic" pizza, well-cooked, with a light and well-leavened dough: it melted in my mouth, with a crunchy base and a good balance of flavors — a plus for me. Then another evening I tried the gluten-free version (since many friends were looking for this option): the establishment claims to prepare gluten-free pizza in a dedicated laboratory, and — generally speaking — the difference was not too noticeable compared to "normal" pizza. The staff also seemed friendly and helpful: at the counter, for takeout or delivery, they managed the orders clearly — someone said that the pizzas arrived in labeled boxes, so as not to make a mistake. As for the price — considering the center of Cassino — I found both the pizza by the slice and the one on a plate affordable: it was easy to eat well without spending too much, which makes Mamma Mia a good quality/price compromise.

Mamma Mia Pizzeria in Cassino is a true excellence! The pizza is simply delicious, made with fresh and genuine ingredients. Special praise goes to the gluten-free pizza, among the best I have ever tasted: fragrant, light, and digestible, so good that it has nothing to envy from the traditional one. In addition to the quality of the cuisine, special mention goes to the courtesy of the owner and the professionalism of the entire staff, always attentive, available, and ready to make every customer feel at ease. A place where one truly feels welcomed and pampered, perfect for both an evening with friends and a family dinner. Highly recommended: an unmissable stop in Cassino!

I arrive at 12:55 for a gluten-free pizza and I’m told it will take 1 hour because the oven is off and it takes 30 minutes just to heat it up! Yet I arrived right on time for lunch, not at 11! There are no words; they had nothing else gluten-free!!!

Excellent pizzas, both in baking trays and round cuts. Besides having a vast selection, the pizzeria is equipped with a dedicated laboratory for gluten-free pizzas. A wide variety of fried foods and drinks. Definitely worth a return visit.

Great pizzeria even without gluten. Excellent food at a good price. Many pizzas with combinations of special ingredients. There is also the option to choose pizza by the slice. Moreover, the gluten-free pizza was very good. They also have gluten-free arancini which are tasty. Very kind, available, and attentive staff. In the end, they even offered us the fried pizza dough with gluten-free Nutella. If you pass through Cassino, it’s worth a stop.

Excellent pizza, divine panuozzi! The owner is professional and helpful, and the staff working there are all very professional and kind. But the strongest point is the attention to detail and the gluten-free food! It’s the best place in Cassino for celiacs!

A super special place especially for the gluten-free offer! My daughter, who is celiac, ordered gluten-free arancini and pizza, and they were delicious! The traditional pizzas were also very good. The fried pastry dessert with Nutella and hazelnuts was a delight (even gluten-free). Highly recommended!

I tried the takeaway pizza with reservation several times. The pizza is good. They are quite punctual, at most you wait 5 minutes. They are courteous, and one evening when my debit card refused to work, the owner wanted to let me take the pizza with a "then you can pay me later". I managed to pay with another card, but I really appreciated his willingness. Excellent and highly recommended gluten-free pizza, one of the best pizzas that celiacs can eat.

"Crazy pizza in pieces for pizza crazy people": From being celiac until today, it's still hard to eat a good pizza; however, here I found a truly special one: excellent dough, crispy and not pre-packaged. Moreover, the particular toppings are delicious and of high quality. Attentive, polite, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended place!
